Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel for sweat, and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you have cycling shoes with SPD clips, bring those as well; otherwise, our bikes accommodate regular athletic shoes.
No prior experience is needed! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and our instructors will help you get set up and guide you through the workout.
